We work from 9am - 6pm. Every day, 365 days a year including weekends and public holidays. If you need a cleaning service after hours we'll do it too, extra charges may apply.

Yes, all our staff go through a rigorous background check and they are all insured before entering a customer's home.

No, unless advised otherwise, ALL equipment and supplied will be provided by Frigg.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will address your concerns promptly and arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution, which may include a partial or full refund. Your feedback helps us improve our services and ensure that we consistently meet your expectations.

Yes, but only if you require a cleaner due to disability, impairment, or as a result of your tenancy agreement.

We require parking to be provided for our cleaning teams. If you live in a city or an area where parking is challenging, please let us know in advance. Here are some options to consider:

  • Private Parking Spot: If you have a private parking spot available, please inform us.
  • Public Parking: If there is public parking nearby, please advise us of the location. Any parking fees incurred will be added to your service invoice.

Please note the following details:

  • If the provided parking is more than 100 meters from your property, additional charges may apply.
  • If no parking is available and our team is unable to find a public parking space within 20 minutes, a cancellation fee may be incurred.

Please keep in mind the rate quoted on our website is for one person. Sometimes the Frigg will send a team, so the cost might be adjsuted to account for 2 to 3 cleaners.

For Example, cost for:

  • 2 cleaners on the job for 3 hours = 6 hours
  • 2 cleaners for 4 hours = 8 hours
  • 3 cleaners for 3hours = 9 Hours
  • 3 cleaners for 4 hours = 12 hours

No, you don’t need to be at home during the cleaning service. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key or access code so our team can clean while they’re away. Rest assured, our cleaners are thoroughly vetted and trustworthy. If you’d rather be home during the cleaning, that’s perfectly fine too! Just let us know your preference when scheduling your appointment.

Yes, you can re-schedule and change your booking if it is up to by 5 pm the day before the relevant Service at no additional cost. If you decide to re-schedule within this time period a re-schedule fee of $25 will apply. 

After your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a summary of your booking, including a line that shows the date and time of arrival. This will indicate when you should expect the cleaner/s.

You will receive confirmation and reminder emails before your service. At the bottom of these emails will be a link to create and sign in to your account. You can make changes to your service that will be flagged in the office. If these changes don’t affect the cleaner’s schedule, they will go ahead. If your change clashes in the cleaner’s schedule, our friendly office staff will get in contact with you to try and reach a solution that benefits all parties.

Payment can be made via credit card. Invoices are sent electronically after the completion of the service, and we offer flexible payment terms for regular clients.

On all cleans done on public holidays, a surchage of 15% is added. This is to cover icnreased overheads.

Our Hourly Rate is $55 an hour, but it reduced if regular cleans are booked in. Going to $49.50 for weekly cleans, $52.25 for fornightly

Our pricing can be based on an hourly rate or a flat rate, depending on the type of service you require. The cost also depends on the frequency of the service. Our team will work with you to determine the best pricing structure for your needs.
