What are your working hours?

We work from 9am - 6pm. Every day, 365 days a year including weekends and public holidays. If you need a cleaning service after hours we'll do it too, extra charges may apply.

Are your cleaners police checked and insured?

Yes, all our staff go through a rigorous background check and they are all insured before entering a customer's home.

Do I need to provide all the supplies for the cleaning?

No, unless advised otherwise, ALL equipment and supplies will be provided by Frigg.

What if I am not happy with my service?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will address your concerns promptly and arrange for a re-clean at no additional cost.

How many cleaners are allocated to my home?

Please keep in mind the rate quoted on our website is for one person. Sometimes the Frigg will send a team, so the cost might be adjusted to account for 2 to 3 cleaners.
